Great culture, flexible but you had to deliver results. Diverse and client centric.

Cons

Senior management team made some awful decisions and ultimately cased the downfall of the company.

Missing long term strategies, live for today and tomorrow will happen with similar struggle will not ease the pressure build up.

I think it is just the type of business where you get interested in. Salaries were decent as well. There was a decent bonus too.

Cons

Office politics to some extent. Although there is money they do not like to spend much on employees. Not very good coffee in house.
