      Pros

      Great local team. Former UTi employees were great and committed to doing a great job. Portland IT team was a great group of people.

      Cons

      DSV is very Danish-centric, and will only truly work with its own plans and ideas. If you're not in Denmark or in the inner circle, your opinions don't really matter. Very behind the times technically.

      Pros

      Great hours and work life balance. They also provide breakfast to us on Fridays and treat their employees with great respect and integrity. They are some what rigid on scheduling. They don't provide 401(k) for the first year but then you do after that and they have employee match. They do provide full medical, dental, vision and health savings options. We have nice equipment and nice looking office environment and colleagues are professional and welcoming.

      Cons

      Their system is great when it works but crashes constantly since its web based. They are working on making it better.
