Pros
The place I worked was not strict at all, on the contrary, as long as you could do your job, they didn't interfere with your clothing, hair or taking any breaks. Managers and team leaders were always smiling and helpful.
Cons
The organization called DSV, at least in Türkiye, was definitely not a place where you could easily do your job. If you were new to the sector, the workload was not something everyone could easily handle. It was heavy. Therefore, when hiring, they were hiring based on experience. But the reason for this was because of the quality and size of the company.
