Despite being overworked and underpaid, the people I work with are awesome. A great community.

Cons

Senior Management is oblivious to the needs of their subordinates. Compensation is very low compared to the work load.

Great salary and most worked at adult levels (even interns). Hybrid at first but with more and more management changes the flexibility went, too.

Cons

Change teams a lot as needed for different accounts and seasonality. Only so much stability.
