Pros
I like that the company always tries to help improve our Cargowise skills and help us work efficiently. My Manager just put full trust in us to do our work, nobody with time watch watching your break time mins or your poop times on the clock.
Cons
I had a generally positive experience at my workplace, especially because my manager was great. However, I did encounter a terrible supervisor who I caught talking badly about other coworkers. I also heard him openly complaining that some employees who worked overtime were making more money than he was. Thankfully, I found out that he has since left the company.
