My time at DSV was marked by significant challenges that made it a difficult workplace. The environment was characterized by an unprofessional attitude that often hindered collaboration and growth. A lack of clear direction from leadership created uncertainty, while poor customer relationships and unreliable services damaged trust with clients. The workplace culture was further strained by an arrogant boss and unkind treatment, contributing to a stressful work environment. These factors made it hard to feel supported or motivated.
