      Flexible and hybrid work environment. Good culture. Great team work.

      Cons

      Organization is going through hierarchy and management changes. Multiple people were let go. Going through cost cutting now.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. People in the organization care about their remit to secure financial markets.

      Cons

      Change for the sake of change. The culture has deteriorated in the past 24 months. Senior leaders, particularly MDs don’t feel recognized or heard, which is not great for long-term viability.
