Business Outlook
Pros
-Safety and security of the employee is very important here. -Provides allowance to be able to work from home comfortable. -Manager does not micromanaged. -Workload is very manageable.
Cons
-To be honest I was really frustrated to the HR team, during the hiring process its doesn't provide timely feedback. -On onboarding process, although we are still currently in the pandemic, it will be very helpful to have at least half day session with the HR to be able to be familiarized on how the system work , the company culture and what are the key points that we need to be aware of. Reading to many files is very overwhelming especially during your first day in the company.
