Below the national average year after year for merit increases. Usually received 1.8 percent to 3.1%. Never received my full 15% of base pay bonus.

Promotions/Compensation increases are hard to come by. Have to play hardball to get what you want. This is because the turnover is so low - DTCC offers great work life balance. Middle and upper management will come here after working elsewhere, in search of better WLB. Makes it hard to climb the ranks when starting from lower levels. Management varies. I've had some great managers and some very average ones.
