This place is getting more and more cold with lack of vision and more top heavy with mediocre talent on the top.

Pros

Good benefits, PTO, etc. Good people that make having to come into office "just because" a little bit better.

Cons

Company is going down hill at record speeds. Senior management and CEO ask for feedback and then either ignore topics outright or say that it's no longer up for discussion. They like to say the word, transparency. I don't think they know what that word means. It's never been a very transparent company but they've certainly gotten worse.
