Pros

Great benefits and fun people, great work life balance, very laid back. Remote working is a plus.

Cons

No progression, static with no movement, there are some people who have been there a life time who should really go. Could be seen as unprofressional to outsiders. Different with the DTCC buyout, things have changed.

People and culture of company is terrific! Tons of opportunities as the top management values talent in the organization. D&I is taken seriously and different views are encouraged. Nice facility, recently refurbished.

Cons

Sometimes very important areas lack technology support and cannot deliver results due to this. Slow in adopting cutting edge tools and technology. No onsite cafeteria or gym to promote healthy working environment for employees
