Like another review here said, it amazes me how far this company has fallen in only a year. The 3-day in-office decisions by the new CEO is single handedly degrading this company, and fast. Employees are widely unhappy with it and have been loud about it - every survey and town hall Q&A is OVERWHELMED with negative comments about the WFH policies. You can get the same idea just by reading these GlassDoor reviews. In the latest town hall, Frank the CEO, completely dismissed these concerns and stated that he will never address this topic again. Plenty of great and young talent have already left the company because of his WFH policy and this is how he chose to respond. Don’t bother giving any feedback or trying to voice your concerns at this company, because management simply does not care. Frank made that very clear to employees.
