Best place to work. Friendly environment and great colleagues. The pay is great and better work life balance. The company gives lot of benefits to the employees and conducts many events. Learning is great and lot of technologies

Pros

No pros, literally. Whatever was good is long time gone.

Cons

Management of the company is mostly a mess. Toxic, prefer to be deaf and blind to multitude issues inside the company. Work/life balance getting worse every year, level of stress raising, salaries are at pre-COVID level. Talented people leaving this place, cheap and unqualified contractors from poor countries replacing them. There is absolutely no vision, every department just trying hard to look busy to satisfy their superiors, does not matter what are they doing and how is it beneficial for the company. Infinite reports and speeches are the only things looks great all the time.
