      Great company, great IT staff, job flexibility, excellent salary and benefit package, City of Detroit is a great place to work with all the changes taking place

      Pros

      Benefits and pay, other then that there is no other pros. All I can tell you is keep you head down and you might be able to retire from there.

      Cons

      If you're not in the club or have a relative that is higher up ,you will never move up. Also if you are the best employee that they have and someone higher up doesn't like you to find a way to fire you over the smallest thing. Whatever you do, never leave the union.
