      Pros

      Coworkers and most (but not all) leaders are genuinely great people and care about the success of their peers and employees.

      Cons

      Management has great ideas - in theory - but is very disconnected from the actual work it takes to reach goals. Controllers organization is stretched very thin, and many employees don't have the time or resources to properly do their jobs.

      Lots of unique opportunities and a plethora of highly intelligent coworkers you can learn from.

      Cons

      HR on boarding process was painfully slow and resulted in lots of miscommunication.

Our summer student hiring process for 2017 has undergone improvements based on feedback from our management staff and student employees.       very high expectations in regards to work ethic and work load, but all managers are held these high standards
