      Pros

      They do a great job of giving you real word things to work on. You are not getting coffee or making copies you are helping engineers and doing real world stuff.

      Cons

      Things can get boring after a while. You do a lot of the same things throughout the year and rarely get anything new to do.

      DTE Engergy provides a great compensation and benefits package, plenty of on the job training and support, and has excellent management

      Cons

      The facility is generally a very loud and dirty work environment, especially when it was burning coal. It can also be very physically demanding and often stressful.
