      Decent salary, good work environment in the city, enjoyable work.

      Cons

      everything about this company is "old school." they do not focus on succession planning or employee development. the majority of the employees are over the age of 50, and the company is in for a rude awakening when the workforce retires. the benefits are "okay" at best, but the company does a good job of keeping you distracted with other incentives.
