Pros
You learn about the wholesale electricity market. You might get to visit a power plant. You get high responsibility projects. You work with very very smart people. You see the operations center which is cool for someone coming into the company at such a low level (you need special clearance that only allows people on that floor access to their desks).
Cons
Start at 7:15am. Ends around 3:30 pm. If you're in Ann Arbor...you did it right. Fast paced work environment which keeps you engaged. Make a point to meet everyone on the floor.
