      varied work assignments, many great coworkers, pay is ok for comparative jobs

      Cons

      too much work, many coworkers that do next to nothing, too many nonproductive meetings and required activities, time at the company appears to be more important than the quality/quantity of work you are able to complete

      Pros

      Up-to-date facility, engaged with community, cares about customers. Large company but feels like a small family.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth and development, good old boys club, compensation is very low for job load and responsibilities. Attracting talent is a high priority, retaining great talent is not a priority at all and leaves a lot of employees disengaged.
