Metric Bonuses, Availability for time -off, pay isn’t horrible. I’ve seen some promotions while employed :)

Back to back calls all day long Unsupportive Management and Analyst Training classes are 60 + people Training material is dull and not useful Aggressive nature Constant outages causing upset customers Disrespectful customers They don’t offer many low-income options for customers makes it hard to do your job Only one payment agreement option for middle class families who need help with their bill. No work/life balance
