      Pros

      Great benefit package, no day is the same. It's great to have a job despite our current economic slump.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity for career advancement due to recent management re-organization. This is a 24-hour operation and there are mandatory storm assignments and overtime.

      Good salary for student co-op position. Very easy going professional atmosphere. Good opportunity to make great professional contact and connections.

      Cons

      Management seemed to be uninterested in developing their student co-ops to become potential employees. When you attempt to take some initiative to develop yourself as an employee, you are restricted your mentors or management. Student co-ops are not offered employee benefits
