Pros

The product line works really well with Zoom. Remote work is nice.

Cons

The culture at DTEN is bad. Really bad. Do yourself a favor & find another place to work. You're just a number at DTEN. Product timelines are consistently missed. Management is awful.

Stay away until they hire a new CRO and upper management on the Channel Sales team.

Pros

Great customers. Mediocre product. Zoom relationship.

Cons

Toxic upper management that doesn't care about sales reps. Awful CRO that has underperformed since coming on. Channel Sales management that guards everything and takes personal offense if something they are working on is "interfered" with rather than confronting the employee and getting a full understanding of the story. My advice to people looking to this company is wait until a new CRO is in place and make sure that upper management in Channel sales is actually aligned with the field sales team, otherwise you will hate the culture.
