The company is run by bullies, who frequently scapegoat underlings with no valid reason so that they can maintain their position and not look bad. Lots of yelling in meetings, very little listening. Many egos just trying to gain power holds. HR runs fantastic programs to improve the culture that are largely ignored by those in positions of power. Very top-heavy organization with little structure to advance within. There have been three re-orgs in the last year and a half, no time is given for a new org structure to find its footing before it is changed again in either a desperate attempt to improve performance or in a power struggle. No career paths are mapped out, little mentoring is given.

The upper management is filled by cronies that have no understanding of the technology or technology potential. For this reason, great engineers with great ideas get stuck trying to defend their research and development, all while the rest of the industry moves forward and embraces potential.
