This is a great firm to start your career. Leadership is accessible and there are a lot of opportunities to participate in multiple projects, internal initiatives, and business development. The benefits are phenomenal and the firm offers a lot of vacation days.

Cons

There is limited room for upward mobility.

Pros

The work at DFC is meaningful and exciting. Working here gives you the opportunity to work on great projects, use your brain and work with some of the smartest consultants in the industry. Because the firm is smaller, you have opportunities to be included in business development and other opportunities that interest you. Truly, "the world is your oyster."

Cons

Smaller firm, so there is not a lot of infrastructure that you would have with a larger firm.

Compared to its larger firm peers, DFC provided several valuable opportunities: - open door policy with great access to senior leaders - opportunity to work on multiple projects and internal efforts at once - good flexibility to design your own career path - reasonable working hours
