      Good traders and risk managers Give you lots of space to build your vision of your corner of the product Honest (relative to the other players in the space)

      Cons

      Made some hires on the tech side that are in way over their heads which have ground forward progress to a halt Hard to get feedback and eyes on testing and new products Could use more cohesion within the trading silos, across trading units, risk management, ops, and tech
