      working in a professional atmosphere with some of the best traders in their fields. Great technology and access to systems.

      I dont have any cons that i see with Dv trading.

      Pros

      Total access to necessary resources, creative freedom, autonomy and senior engineers. Working on bleeding edge technologies as well as applying and learning old school tools. Learning the electronic trading & finance world in an engineering context is very challenging. Solid benefit, pay and bonus history.

      In the process of building out a more suitable work environment for engineers.

      You get to know all different traders and quants thanks to the flat company structure. You learn from experienced traders.

      Cons

      You don't get much paid if you don't have your own strategy that consistently making profit. There is not much training and career development.
