Pros
I thought for 5 mins to pen down at least one good think about this company. Haa .. yes now a days they are giving salaries on time.
Cons
You don't know when you will be fired and the reason could be you are away from your place for more than 5-6 times a day. washroom , lunch whatever you are expected to sit day long and work like a donkey. Last minute changes .. Late night workings.. Surprisingly u need to ask permission to take off on weekends... Bcoz by default they are working days in their mind. How much ever you work ... They treat you like .. Do this and go or else tomorrow you will be fired.. Disgusting ... Never ever join this company.. Very high work pressure,no work recognition , 24*7 working..
