Thank you for your 5-star review of DWS. Great to read your feedback on the work:life balance - as this is something we strive for. As much of our client work is based on their own technology stack, this is something that is ultimately driven by them (although we do encourage them to embrace modern tech when appropriate)

Pros

This is not recommended as employees are mostly on the bench or on very short term projects.

Cons

It is not recommended because staff damage tech skills while on the bench and have no support for professional growth.

Thank you for your review. DWS has extremely high utilisation (one of the highest in the industry), and our Consulting staff spend very little time on the bench between client projects - with those projects typically ranging from 6 months to multiple years in length. DWS also has a fully paid learning and professional development framework - which staff who are on the bench can use to study full time if they wish to use the time to upskill and develop further in technical certifications or soft skills.
