      Pros

      Work wise DWS is a good consultancy with good approachable leadership and above average pay. Other nice benefits are: -Regular breakfasts and events through social club. -Free access to Toastmasters club. -Rewards for learning and certifications. -Salary sacrifice and novated lease benefits. -Corporate tie-ups for insurance and home loans.

      Cons

      -The pay advertised is including super which can be confusing. -Not many projects on cloud technologies currently, but work is being done to remedy that.
