Pros
- Work-life balance is great and encouraged. - Opportunities to progress are there for those who work hard for them. - Some of the best people I've worked with are at DXC, who are so dedicated and hard-working. - Benefits such as Employee Assistance Program are available to all staff. - Introduction of employee recognition initiatives to help reward staff.
Cons
- People have been at the company for year and not had any significant uplift in pay, however, this is starting to change. - Lots of processes, red tape and bureaucracy which can slow things down, however, teams have been set-up to simplify things which will take time.
