“Leadership” ignores associates, there are 0 team meetings, 0 opportunities for growth, associates that yell and bicker, over worked and underpaid, complete chaos, employees told they should leave if they don’t like it, “leaders” cursing, teammates sitting on Facebook, it’s a nightmare.

HR Dept is non existent. The IT help desk is useless. Constant state of change and mergers have been spinning like an out of control tornado such that you never have any job security or stability. They pay probably the lowest comparable salaries of any large DoD contractor, and they don't give raises. I came on with the promise of stability and security only to be told my position would go longer be funded and I would be bouncing between projects....if you've worked in the contracting world, you know where that leads so I am leaving...and they don't have a person who can perform the same functions which I did, so the whole reallocation thing seems ...like so many other things they do - poorly planned and unaware of what they have done to their project....it seems a company that is just flailing around ...how and why they get contracts and actually live up to them is beyond comprehension
