      Pros

      DXC has a stellar vacation policy, but it too, has led to internal issues within my group.

      Cons

      DXC's compensation policy is behind the industry standard, the benefits are not great outside of the vacation policy, the handling of payroll and medical/dental benefits is ATROCIOUS, and their I.T. implementations (most times) leave lots to be desired.

      Pros

      The other consultants I work with are awesome.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is asleep at the wheel: fantastic people are leaving and they don't care Ex-UXC staff are now treated as second class citizens. If you were from Tribridge, you get looked after. Benefits are costly, and the costs keep going up. Forget pay rises. They simply do not happen.
