Pros

They give you a pay check every pay day!

Cons

They do not appreciate the lower level employees. You most likely will not receive a raise while working at DXC Technology. I have a co-worker that has been employed by DXC Technology for 7 years and has never seen a raise. They outsource most of their benefits to India - I'm assuming to save money and the support is crap.

The hours or shifts are good

Cons

Pay, room to grow, people, management...this company is a joke. They haven't given raises in 8 years. No bonus, cost of living either. Most of the work is being sent to India. They don't know what they're doing.

Pros

There are a couple of good senior leaders and managers who care but watch out for the majority. The attrition rate is extremely high. A lot of the good talent leaves because management is not very good and processes are in disarray. Other companies continually cherry pick good staff. The staff that remains is in constant fire fighting mode. Oops this was supposed to be pros. Well, I did leave one pro because there are some good people still remaining who try to do good things for the staff.

Cons

Most senior leaders have limited leadership skills. The benefits are not good or competitive. You have to wait an entire year to get the 401 k matching funds so they save money by paying that only once a year because many people can't hold on that long. They hire what they can get. More buyouts, more mergers. Reporting growth to the stockholders is the first priority. This is a competitive market. Keep looking.
