      I still got paid every month.

      Cons

      Constant removal of benefits. It was like a race to the bottom. The first "professional" company I've worked at in over 20 years, that took away the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve as paid holidays.

      Really ummm, your coworkers that is it

      The company is a technology company and cannot get payroll or W2s correct. I’m not sure how they can expect to service their clients when they can’t even get their own stuff in order. No way to escalate concerns even managers don’t have options. The Sr leadership is a joke they only care about the bottom line but not the true bottom line, the one investors see and don’t think long term only immediate. Watch out and stay away, no increases and work force reductions are a regular occurrence. They will make you watch business code of conduct videos that talk about integrity but they lead with less than zero integrity. Read the why work for us, no mention of their people or workers only their technology. This is the worse company I have ever seen.
