      Pros

      Offer a lot of training material should you want to take it. No guarantees that it will help you in your career track though.

      Cons

      Wow they really stopped giving a crap about employees after splitting off from HPE. No bonuses, no raises, no way to advance career. Make sure so to watch out for the 401k matching clause in their rules. If you are not an employee on December 31, then your ENTIRE YEAR of 401k contributions will have zero matching. This happens whether you quit or are laid off. Yes, you read that correctly. If you are laid off, then your entire year of 401k contributions will have absolutely zero matching.

      nothing pro about this company.

      Cons

      All they want to reduce work force so company can generate profit but cant let go higher executives who make poor decisions and that affects the people who are contributing to the company.
