No idea yet as we've only been a company 3 weeks

Cons

So far, we have been a company for 3 weeks. First off, HPe stopped all WFRs. Immediately after becoming DXC, layoffs happen weekly, the severance package is significantly cut AND the 1 week notice you get for being laid off, that week of pay comes out of your severance. 401k is not not provided monthly. No up front information on 401k which has terrible options.

I stayed on for the good salary. New CEO might make a difference.

Cons

Internal systems and processes are a mess. Nothing works, unable to even bill many clients due to faulty time tracking. Random unknown teams constantly appears and tells you that you can't do regular business tasks due to outdated processes. I've never seen a more dysfunctional organization. Oh - and don't forget about the constant layoffs that are handled with completely random processes. I saw so many highly billable and skilled people being laid off simply because some systems didn't have the right information when the WFR lists were generated.
