Pros
In general all is the same, position and responsibilities for most of the people haven't changed which is good because means stability. If you are looking to a place where you have the chance for developing yourself and grow up, here you will have the opportunity to improve your knowledge.
Cons
it's not the same company that opened its doors 10 years ago,has been going through a period of cost reduction that has modified much of the benefits that offers to the employees. However, they are still good but not such attractive as used to be.
