Pros

Office was clean, and I met some nice people.

Cons

Leadership and culture leave much to be desired for one seeking a long-term professional environment in which to thrive and grow. Dear reader, bear in mind my experiece was some time ago, and changes may have been made since then. My impression as well as my colleagues' was that this company is not interested in keeping people long-term. At best it is a place to work to get some professional experience on your resume, and then move on to greener pastures.

Rude management. Management believes they're better than everyone. Homeowners are chronically misled by sales reps. DaBella DOES contract out for ALL work. They are LIARS. Not just to their sales representatives, but also to their homeowners. They promote this "family" culture, but family members don't treat each other like they're worthless. Even when you go to your manager or HR with an issue, nothing gets resolved. You're placated with, "we'll talk to them about your concerns and let us know if nothing changes." When you have days where you're about to lose your mind, and you talk to a loved one about your stresses, they listen to your conversations even if you've gone outside to obtain a little privacy. They claim that employees should talk to management and HR if you're having a hard time so that they can resolve problems internally. As explained above, nothing changes. If you don't become a clone in their cult, you'll lose your job. Don't lose or change yourself for any job, ever. Especially one that doesn't care about you.
