Pros

The culture here is unmatched. Everyone is here to protect everyone and they all want the best for the team and individually. Mentally this job has challenged me but made me into a better and more disciplined person outside of work.

Cons

Work life balance. Definitely busy and time consuming with an unreliable work schedule. But it gets manageable!!!

The culture and environment are what have kept me here I cannot imagine myself working anywhere else. The heights that I have been pushed to are visible I’ve been here for a year now and it’s changed my whole life, work and personal. Can’t wait to see who I am becoming and too see what’s in my future with this company.

Cons

There aren’t any for people that actually want to achieve what most people never dream of and are willing to actually put the work in to do so this is the place for you.
