Noel Ferrin is the heart and soul of the Boise office. She is always seeking to add value in any capacity. We would definitely not have the highest level of winning culture here without her.

Cons

Downside/cons is when the times get tough and a rule is broken Noel does her job to the fullest, HR is not always the most fun job out there, but Noel's professionalism is what holds the line here and everyone respects her and our expectations as a professional office because of HRs commitment to providing a safe and positive workplace at DaBella.
