Pros

I met friends since I just moved to Oregon. That’s it.

Cons

This company has zero integrity. It’s actually scary and somewhat sociopathic how they run this place. They start you as a beginner giving you leads from months ago and if you’re lucky or just a supervisors favorite, then the week before. These people are being called 10x a day everyday. 90% nobody answers and you’re expected to make 400+ calls a day. You’re told to be mean to them and lie to get a schedule for a feee estimate because to them “homeowners are liars and procrastinators” and only getting next day schedules gets you to a bonus. Now if these ppl cancel or they don’t even send a rep out(they don’t even call the customer when they do this so then you have to deal with more angry customers) then your pitch rate falls and it knocks off your bonus or you don’t get it at all. And if you don’t meet the minimum number of schedules every week you get a corrective action and after 3 SIGNED ONES they fire you. Half the time they don’t even give them to you you’re just fired. It’s insane. The supervisors yell and humiliate you in front of everyone if your dials are low or if your out of dress code or ANYTHING. Zero professionalism. One of the morning supervisors is sexist and a bully and honestly might be coked out most of the time because his behavior unhinged. The application mentions nothing about minimums, CAs or the fact they almost try to force you or guilt trip you into working the weekends. Even in the interview I was told nothing just that I would be “persuading people to get a free estimate”. Also made the point I was looking for a stable good job where I could grow and my interviewer(ended up also being my supervisor) told me this place was perfect for that. Wasn’t until MY SECOND WEEK they gave me a CA for not hitting numbers. I lasted 6 weeks and honestly if you can get past the first week I applaud you. I decided to leave with what little dignity I had left there. They kept calling this a call center and then finally slipped up and called us “sales agents” this place is beyond a joke. It needs to be seriously looked into there’s some very shady stuff going on in there. Don’t believe the application. And if you do and get the first gut feeling something is off, run.

Pros

-There are some cool people - that’s literally it

Cons

- absolutely ridiculous dress code - terrible training - someone gets fired every day, absolutely unreliable job, if you need to pay bills and rely on having a stable job don’t work in the call center, it doesn’t matter how hard you try at the job if you can’t consistently reach their sales goals despite them giving you impossible leads you will be fired - you have to switch desks constantly so you never even get to make your cubicle feel slightly personalized, which adds to the soul sucking environment - everyone talks behind each others backs all the time - overtime is practically required, they’ll push you to stay late every day and come in on weekends - they expect you to lie to costumers all the time and push them to book an appointment even after being asked to be put on the do not call list -you’ll be screamed at constantly by the people you call because you’ll be calling the same people 2 or 3 times a week on top of other people in your call center or the other two also calling them 2 or 3 times a week
