Hire great people, leadership and teamwork principles are there, will sell you the dream of what the growth is.

Cons

If you learn too much, or stand up for yourself, they will find a way to remove you. Half of leadership has the morals in place, but there are insecure leaders that find a way to hurt the good that the other leaders do. They cost good people.
