      Pros

      The work atmosphere is the weird amalgamation of hard-core and relaxed. It has proven to be, both friendly and caring, while simultaneously having discipline and striving for growth.

      Cons

      It's hard work and sometimes things feel hopeless. But that hard work dosent go without reward.

      Pros

      One of the main reasons I chose Dabella as an employer initially was because of the passion my manager demonstrated during my first interview with regard to the company's commitment to leadership and personal development. I have since discovered that this is still true. This is highly important to me and shows a tremendous amount of integrity and authenticity.

      Cons

      The only con that I really have is that I wish I would have found the company earlier last year (2023). But we all go through things that make us better and stronger.
