Decent Bonus structure and pay Friendly environment from lower management, and a real sense of community.

Cons

Aggressive and unrealistic expectations: Even though I was performing above my set goals as a trainee management was still trying to pressure me to perform better and acting as if it was not good enough. Dishonesty: I was told getting my bonus was clear and easy, but there are a ton of hidden catches and factors that can deduct from your bonus pay, and a lot of them are simply not in your control, I was also instructed to directly lie to the people I was canvassing to.

None at all, it’s literally a cult, everything wrong will be your fault and you will have your commission stolen if the installation goes south.

Everything, this company is a literal cult. It’s basic Narcissism, they brain wash people into thinking success is hard work and dedication to yourself and the company. And failure is also 100% your fault and lack of dedication and/or hardwork. So when I close three sales and the installation team screws up the install my commission gets cut? Explain how that is my lack of hard work or dedication lol. It’s a joke. The whole business is scamming people to buy overpriced construction. 45k for a roof that costs 25k for a professional roofing company! You are literally a scam artist working here. But of course they will call you a lazy, unmotivated, slacker if you have problems with unethical practices. This is a literal cult that brainwashed unskilled young people into thinking they are apart of some special team and successs or failure is all your fault. It’s all a complete scam. Don’t fall for it.
