Pros

I am now in my third year. I’ve been a rep, a team lead, and now an administrative assistant due to health issues I’m currently dealing with. My leadership has always prioritized the concerns around my health and allowed me to grow in different directions and positions that help aide in recovering. Leadership and caring for our staff is always a paramount conversation in my specific office— and I know that same care carries on across the company. I’ve gained a new perspective on how I operate and approach life due to the emphasis on leadership. I’m grateful for every opportunity bestowed upon me and the time I’ve spent here. I only wish I had found DaBella sooner. I’ve been able to travel to other offices and partake in their unique cultures and learn from their experiences— all invaluable interactions.

Cons

DaBella is not made for everyone— but that’s any high-performing sales company. It’s a demanding and fast-paced work environment, but that’s how we’re awarded the opportunity to continue to grow and prosper. It’s all perspective.

Pros

Great culture and no boss breathing down your neck constantly. There is the freedom to be your "own boss" and self-monitor your day-to-day activities.

Cons

Growth value is outdated and determined by management. Those who want to grow are often times the ones overlooked and the ones that are not ready get pushed through. The work is often times overwhelming due to the lack of employees, especially when they freeze hiring and a whole market is without a OM. I would say the number one con is that we are not paid what we are worth, The hours are great but there is too much to do and not enough time to do it.
