Pros

Great pay. The company grows yourself in many ways and creates opportunities I would not usually have without DaBella.

Cons

The overtime pay was recently cut off which usually created a much better paycheck for the hours I worked. Also, due to age, some growth opportunities in the company are limited for me.

people get fired or written up to quickly they should be given a warning first, things are not done maliciously.
