Mugged potential for income, not much more

I’ve spent hundreds every month paying for gas for my team, trying to incentivize them to stay through spiffs, if you take a vacation early on even for a dying family member as a manager they will take your team away and slowly force you out. It’s an old boys club; extremely misogynistic, pretends to care about employees, 2 years in and I’ve already been pushed out because of a dying family memeber I’m trying to take care of, highly recommended working for another company, also the number of complaints and serious issues customers call me about that have takes months to over a year to even address is insane

Some shady sales training that could be useful in certain jobs.

Cons

Schedule was annoying, bad management, bad business structure. Will promise you you can make all this money but in reality you really won’t and any money you do make is not worth the headache it takes to close a sale and get it. The sales also are shady. They basically teach you that you HAVE to close the sale the first day your there and so what you get is an extremely pushy and uncomfortable environment and sales tactic that most people see straight through. Overall it’s just kind of a joke of a company to work for. I never felt good about what I was doing there.

-Your personal team will get close -You get swag gifts every once in a while (who doesn't love a free water bottle?) -If you only want a short stay here, about a year is good before you start too get too burnt out to continue

Cons

-Workload for compensation is not balanced -Accounting department feels unappreciated by all other departments -Only focused on sales, does not care about ethics or doing things the right way -Environment toxic. Upper management rude and condescending. The CEO loudly joked about a young female employee's smarts in front of everyone, and all management were laughing.
