I love this company it’s most supportive group of humans I’ve ever worked with constantly reinvesting in you training you helping you make money. Culture is amazing and my lifelong career most likely.

Cons

Call Bane comes with his company other than the fact that it takes a decent amount of your time, but so does any job that you can earn six figures of your first year working there without experience

Pros

There's a lot of camaraderie at DaBella. The supervisors on both shifts are there to help you succeed and grow professionally and personally. There's a lot of opportunity to make money you wouldn't get anywhere else.

Cons

The communication from corporate tends to be lacking. Changes will be made and we won't know about it until two days after its already been changed. The PTO policy can also be frustrating sometimes. If you're sick or have an emergency and must miss work you must make up the hours/production instead of using your own PTO.

Dabella is unlike any other culture I’ve ever worked for. Everyone wants to find that one company who actually cares about their people, and this hidden gem of a company is exactly that. Make killer money, have fun, and have a support team the entire way through. I took a chance on this job, and quit my comfortable 9-5, and Dabella has changed my life! I came in knowing nothing but with their outstanding training program and mentorship, I’ve achieved things in my life I never thought possible!

Cons

The only con is the gas prices of Washington 😂
