Learned some cool ways to be pushy and get clients to sign for paperwork they don't want.
Cons
Absolutely no management at the olympia branch. They sent me to sell thousands of dollars worth of products that I was not trained in. I was trained on roofing, and my first sale was a window project. No support in learning to fill out customer contracts, no support in filling out necessary financial documents, etc.
