Dabella has a great team that it’s welcoming and ambitious. Full of various talents, all willing and encouraging to help each other grow! They will teach you the fundamentals of what it takes to be a salesperson in doing so you will learn powerful tools that you can apply to your everyday life. Truthfully a beautiful company that literally teaches you the art of sales. Dabella also provides many opportunities to grow within the company too. All around a company that strives to help there employees grow and actually cares about developing your career!

Cons

something to consider before becoming a sales rep is the amount of time you have and are willing to devote. It is very time consuming but the more you put in the more you get out. Also if you’re driving a gas powered car be ready to drive a lot! This will be the biggest expense but the payoff is great!
